Tattoosphere provides AI-powered tattoo design generation tools. Users can create, explore, and try on tattoo designs using our platform. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Designs generated through the Service are owned by you, the user. However, designs marked as public may be viewed by other users for inspiration. Tattoosphere retains the right to use anonymized data for improving AI models.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid features are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
Tattoosphere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
